Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and placing an order with Overkill Diesel Performance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to correct errors and update pricing without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. All prices are listed in USD.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement.

We currently accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal (Friends & Family) only. Submitting an order does not charge you automatically — we will follow up by email with payment instructions, and your order is placed for fulfillment only after payment is confirmed. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, and payments sent through Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal Friends & Family are not eligible for chargebacks or payment disputes.

Performance Parts Disclaimer

Performance parts sold by Overkill Diesel Performance are intended for off-road, competition, or track use only unless otherwise stated. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local emissions and vehicle laws. We are not responsible for any fines, citations, or legal issues arising from the improper use or installation of purchased products.

Installation Responsibility

Overkill Diesel Performance is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or use of purchased products. We strongly recommend professional installation for all performance parts. Refer to manufacturer instructions and your vehicle's service manual.

Tuning Services

Tuning calibration files are digital products delivered electronically. By ordering tuning services, you acknowledge that results may vary based on vehicle condition, modifications, and operating environment. Revisions are included as stated on individual service listings. We are not responsible for any mechanical failures resulting from tuning when the vehicle's mechanical components are not in proper working order prior to tuning.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overkill Diesel Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
